Our agents will set-up a virtual chat so you can talk together about the home buying process, what type of home you are looking for, and how buying a home works in today’s challenging marketplace.
2. Digital tours & remote visits.
Most properties for sale in today’s market come with video tours, and now many agents are recording virtual home tours as a separate video that they provide to Buyers Agents upon serious inquiries. Additionally more tech-savvy homeowners are able to host remote virtual visits, or permit Buyers Agents to host a contactless visit themselves.

3. Electronic Signature
Our secure electronic signing system is certified by the Canadian Real Estate Association and complies with The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). It’s easy to use and works on most web enabled devices.

When you purchase a home deposits can be made via wire transfer, direct deposit, or through secure drop boxes on your behalf.
5. Remote Inspections
We work with inspectors who can deliver you a detailed report with photos and videos of all the nooks and crannies of the home.
6. Digital Closings
Our mortgage and legal departments are able to deliver complete digital signings and closings.
7. Contactless Key delivery
We will arrange to have the keys to your new home waiting in a secure and sanitized lock-box.
